Fitness Classes

We have been in development of fitness classes designed specificallyfor climbers. We partnered with our good friend and Physio, Paul from VerticalJunkie to develop a class/fitness program. The result, 30min classes to start at 6pm Tuesday and Thursday. Run by the CRANK staff. The class will have a warmupelement, then a class component. The classes will focus on: strength, cardioor endurance. These are circuit classes, depending on the classes, may run inthe gym, or on the boulder wall. Lead Climbing Courses

New Booking System.
Courses will start on the 2nd Monday of each month for 3 weeks between 6-9pm. Minimum of 4 to start.
Learn the basics of lead climbing. The course is suitable for people with top rope experience who are looking to progress their climbing experience. This course goes through rope management, clipping techniques, and key safety requirements for indoor leading.
