All disciplines are adventure sports with a strong focus on balance, co-ordination, strength and agility.
To be the best ninja you can be you need to be adept in both the skills of Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Bouldering and Rock Climbing, so in our classes we focus on building up these skills and showing kids how these skills can be transferred to the Ninja Warrior course. This is a combination class of all our activities. Our recommended class for someone just joining, as you can experience, rock climbing, parkour, bouldering and ninja warrior all in one class.

Our classes use gymnastic matting in a safe environment and the course is designed for those wanting to learn and train in the movements of Parkour. We teach skills to improve balance, fitness, precision jumping and focus on helping kids not only improve their Parkour skills but become more confident individuals.

This program teaches the fundamentals of bouldering and climbing technique with a focus on improving your child’s fitness, strength and balance. For more advanced students, this program will improve upon existing skills and take your child’s climbing to the next level.
