Welcome to CRANK, the home of Rock Climbing, Bouldering, Ninja Warrior and Parkour. For Casual entry visits, you can book online. Waivers must be completed by everyone who enters the gym. 

CRANK has 65 ropes, boulder walls, 7 auto belays and 100’s of Rock Climbing routes, Parkour and Ninja Warrior area, and a fully equipped weights gym. CRANK is perfect for casual visits, your weekly gym or a great venue for birthday parties and corporate events.

Lets get cranking with some simple moves

  • Complete the waiver/registration – anyone who enters the gym area is required to have one completed.
  • On arrival we take you through the climbing and gym safety induction.
  • Crank offers:
    • Casual Visits;
    • Adult Memberships and;
    • Youth Programs (school term programs in Rock Climbing, Ninja Warrior and Parkour).

If you do become a member or join a youth program, you will become part of a adventurous community of stunt people, TV Ninja Warriors, and mountaineers.


CRANK can be your gym, we offer unlimited entry adult memberships, a weights and cardio gym and FREE classes to our adult members (Yoga and Fitness Classes). If it is your first time ask our staff about our membership deals.

Birthday Parties are also a great way to enjoy a facilitated Rock Climbing, Parkour and Ninja Warrior party. You can choose one or all of the areas you want to play in: Parkour, Rock Climbing and Ninja Warrior.

Group Functions and Corporate bookings can be made by email or calling us. Crank is perfect for church groups, end of sport functions, Friday afternoon or Saturday night corporate functions.


Obstacle Course racing and Ninja training has been a huge success. CRANK has produced the country’s top racers and Ninja Warriors. We are the perfect training ground for functional movement, combing rock climbing, parkour and obstacles.

There are currently several active ninja warriors training and creating courses to run and join an active Ninja community. As well as the countries top obstacle course competitors.

We offer a fun social way to prepare for any obstacle course that you intend to complete. Our focus is on technique and building key stabiliser muscles.

Adult training is on Wednesday night and youth classes are on the Saturday morning.

PARKOUR and FREERUNNINGParkour in the city


Parkour teaches you how to approach and overcome obstacles, in both city and natural environments, efficiently, safely and creatively.
It gives you skills to REACH (someone in need of help) and ESCAPE (from dangerous situations or attackers).

There are both adult and youth classes. Adult classes are free with the membership and youth classes are purchased in the school terms.


There are bars, boxes, crash mats and other objects and obstacles of varying sizes that are constantly moved around the gym. New challenges and obstacle courses are always being created.
Different combinations and locations allow you to practice leaps, vaults, wall runs and pretty much any gymnastic action with safety, and there is plenty of extra space for you to get some speed!
