Each week we take down, clean and change around four top rope climbs and lead climbing walls with new climbs. A new panel of the boulder wall is reset each week as well.

Monday 7:00 pm Yoga with Lou
Yoga Active – If you have had a hard weekend on the rocks and need a jolt to get the week going, this is the yoga class for you. Cost is $25 includes entry to unlimited rock climbing (gear not included).
Tuesday 6:00 pm ClimbFit with Johnno
ClimbFit – Is a body weight fitness class, perfect for climbing and body weight fitness. Cost is $25 includes entry to unlimited rock climbing (gear not included).
Every 2nd Tuesday from 6:30 pm Ladies Climbing Night with Emily
A drop in social for women of all climbing ability to meet and climb together in a positive space, as well as receive some free coaching and learn some useful techniques along the way. Check out our Facebook page for upcoming dates.
Wednesday from 6:30 pm Ninja Warrior Training with Adam
Social training for Ninja’s. Join some of the top Ninja Warrior competitors for a social training evening. CRANK is a perfect training ground for developing ninja warrior skills within a social environment. Cost is standard entry.
Thursday 7:00 pm Climb Time Training with Jasmine
Climb Time is climbing training, suitable for everyone at all levels, with fitness and technique. Group training with a focus on fitness and at little technique along the way. Cost is $25 includes entry to unlimited rock climbing (gear not included).
