Zero to warrior in 8 weeks
Trained by our resident professional athlete Adam Chadburn who has been to Ninja Warrior season 1 & 3, represented Australia 7 times at triathlon world championships and is the reigning Obstacle Showdown Champion.
The Zero to Warrior 8 week introduction is designed to make the first 8 weeks of a ninja’s journey easier by providing additional support.
It’s core design is to build the strength foundations required for ninja in an achievable and progressive manner. This program is to be run quarterly.
Rock Climbing in 8 weeks
If you are interested in learning the basics of Rock Climbing, from beginning to the top. Go from ground to the the top, any abilities are welcome. The training includes climbing session and fitness sessions each week for 8 weeks. From the ground up training a blend between skills development and fitness.
This course includes open gym use, instructor training, morning fitness classes.
